Thrively was founded on the core philosophy that every child deserves to thrive. We do that by identifying student strengths, understanding their well-being, and managing hope.
We use this information to better understand and assist students in succeeding in four areas:
Strength: Build their self-efficacy & confidence.
Well-Being: Ensure they are feeling & functioning well.
Hope: Develop their purpose & drive to succeed.
Agency: Develop Social, Life, and Problem Solving Skills.
We are aiming for early March 2024.
We first will train our staff to properly administer the survey, as well as taking the anonymous results and utilizing that information to better the growth of every student.
Students are not obligated to participate in the survey if they as a student or you as a parent do not permit them to.
